In May the group met at the lovely yard of Barry and Jan Smith in Audley, Newcastle under Lyme, for a Ridden and In Hand Showing Clinic with Mary Longsdon.

The event, organised by Vicky Mollart, was well attended and it was very nice to have so many new members present along with existing members, some of whom had travelled quite a distance to attend this event. Ponies used during the clinic were, Bewcastle Boy Blue, Bewcastle Bonnie Lad and Eastcote Jenny Wren.

Everyone picked up some useful showing tips and gained a real insight into what the Fell Pony Judge might be looking for. Many thanks to Jimmy Mollart for providing such a superb buffet lunch.
